Our new Villas apartments are accessible. Our buildings are heated using district heating from Salla’s bio-pellet plant. We are planning to more accurately monitor our carbon footprint. From the same folder, the guest can find tips for energy efficiency and recycling. We also recycle efficiently and often when we receive goods, the recyclable cardboard, bottles, and cans are sent back with the same transport. We collaborate with the municipality and local entrepreneurs to make bio-waste compost available here in this region of freezing temperatures and long distances.
